When our founder's younger sister had her first stroke at the age of 29 years old, our founder went on a weight-loss journey to decrease her risk of having any cardiovascular events. Determined to help others do the same as she did, she now runs a clinic while still working part-time at an urgent care center in one of Atlanta’s major healthcare systems.
